Introduction

Welcome to Might As Well Ride Slingshot Rentals. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• A $700 credit card hold is required for all rentals.

​

Rental Period

• Rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional fees.

​

Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of premium gas. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.

​

Mileage

• Rentals include 200 miles. Additional miles are charged at $.79 per mile.

​

Usage Restrictions

• Slingshots are not permitted on beaches or off-road surfaces.

• Driving is limited to the DMV area.

Safety and Responsibility

• All vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers.

• Renters are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.

• Minimum passenger age is 5 years old.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

​

Liability

• Renters assume all responsibility for damages and injuries during the rental period.

• Might As Well Ride is not liable for any accidents or incidents during the rental.

Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during the rental process is used solely for transaction purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Modifications

• Might As Well Ride reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
